Grace Posillico

Stage Manager • Leader • Always Learning

About

Grace is currently a second-year graduate student at Columbia University, receiving an MFA in Stage Management. She has a BA in Theatre and Media Arts: Film, TV, & Media and a minor in Management from Sacred Heart University.

At SHU, Grace stage managed eleven shows, one being an original musical that was brought to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She was on the Theatre Arts' Executive Board for three years and was the President of the Program senior year. She also has experience in Props Design, Lighting Design, and performing on stage.

She is on a self-care journey and is inspired to bring joy and fun into rehearsal rooms. Gratitude is at her core. She has been told by many of her peers that her calmness is one of her standout strengths.

Grace discovered her passion for stage managing at SHU, and since then, she has committed to her craft and enjoys observing and learning from other SMs. After graduation, Grace plans to stay in the NY area and is excited to meet more people, create new experiences, and find her path as a freelance stage manager.

Upcoming

Grace is assistant stage managing at Brooklyn’s premier Off-Off Broadway theater, the Gallery Players.
